    Ashleigh Stewart - Studio Director/Yoga Meditation Teacher

    Ashleigh Stewart has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2007, specializing in Hatha with elements of Kundalini and Tantric practices. She is experienced in fertility, prenatal, and postnatal yoga. Ashleigh also leads the Community Run Club, blending her love for movement and community. Passionate about the mind-body connection, she explores Metaphysical Science and Ayurveda. An avid writer, Ashleigh has authored two children’s books on yoga and mindfulness. She looks forward to supporting your wellness journey.

    Ally Maclachlan - Breathwork and Reiki Facilitator

    Ally is a Master of Mental Health and Psychotherapy graduate, a Certified Breathwork Coach, and a Level I Reiki Facilitator. With advanced education and specialized certifications undertaken from around the globe, Ally is uniquely qualified to offer a blend of conventional psychotherapy with transformational spiritual practices.

    Jen teaches students of all ages and abilities offering frequent alignment cues, breath reminders and options in poses. Her goal is to help students work with their unique anatomy to use yoga as a tool to improve their health and well-being.

    Kate Potter - Yoga Teacher

    Kate Potter is an internationally acclaimed teacher whose Yoga television show, NAMASTE has been seen worldwide, and translated into Spanish for her following in Mexico and Latin America. Her fondness for teaching beginners, her love of practice, and choreographic insistence on the breath, tie in well with her knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy.

    Oleksandra Ruminska - Yoga Teacher

    Namaste, I’m Oleksandra Ruminska (Ola).
    Yoga transformed my life, and now I guide others to reconnect, reset, and find presence.
    I’m a 200-hour RYT Anusara and certified Ashtanga teacher, trained by David Swenson.
    With experience across Europe and Canada, I offer group, private, and corporate classes.
    I specialize in all-level practices, blending breath, alignment, and nervous system care.

    Emily Lundh - Yoga Teacher

    Emily’s yoga journey began a decade ago in Vancouver, where she was drawn to the dynamic movement and mental stillness yoga offered. After years of practicing around the world, she completed her Baptiste YTT in London and now teaches with inspiration from her teachers around the world. Emily’s vinyasa classes are upbeat, flowy, and energy-shifting, blending breath-led movement with restorative stillness and always a bit of experimentation.

    Tatiana Tyutyunnik - Yoga Teacher & Sound Bath Facilitator

    Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga from Rishikesh, India, Tatiana brings a unique blend of tradition and modernity to her practices. In her classes, experience the transformative power of sound bath Tibetan bowls, the soothing rhythm of the rain stick, and the calming resonance of the ocean drum. Alongside these healing sounds, Tatiana incorporates mantras and mudras to channel energy, fostering inner strength and clarity in both body and mind.

    Paige is a Yoga Teacher and Homeopath who offers a personal and adaptive approach to movement and healing. Her classes blend Western anatomy with Eastern traditions, drawing from traditions like Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Buddhism, Homeopathy and Yogic philosophy. With a deep respect for bioindividuality, she meets each student as unique—body, mind, and spirit.     Hiiro is a trauma-informed yoga teacher with 1200+ hours of experience across yoga, pilates, reiki, sound healing, and more. Teaching since 2013, he’s pursuing his C-IAYT-1000 Yoga Therapist accreditation by 2026. His all-levels classes focus on deep healing, self-reflection, and the full 8-limbed path of yoga—emphasizing more than just the physical. A proud 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent teacher, Hiiro holds accessible, inclusive, brave spaces that support personal transformation with playfulness and purpose.

    Vani Wadhwa, RYT 500 and founder of Raaga Yoga, offers healing through gentle movement, breath, and sound.
    Specializing in yin, restorative, hatha, and kundalini yoga, she guides meditative practices for beginners and seniors.
    Her journey from personal healing to teaching inspires her mantra: Love..Heal..Empower. Vani creates compassionate, transformative spaces that nurture mind, body, and spirit.

    Neda H - Yoga Instructor

    With over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and a lifelong commitment to the practice, I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Having spent more than half my life exploring the depth of yoga, I teach with a focus on movement as meditation—inviting students to cultivate presence through the flow of breath and body. My classes blend strength, softness, and mindful rest to create a space for self-awareness. Rooted in tradition but accessible to all, I guide students to move with intention and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I believe yoga is a lifelong journey—one of continual exploration and self-discovery.
